There is a fake powerpoint circulating among employees which is causing great consternation. It claims that management is planning to reduce the estimating and service planning workforce by ½. This is not true. ESC has confirmed with management that they did not create this document and it does not represent their plans. The document is a PowerPoint, the first page says “Service Planning Customer Care/Electric Distribution Business Strategy 2-10-17”. The second page has made-up projections of workforce reductions, elimination of offices and other fabrications.

The Union urges all members to delete this file and not to forward it to anyone. It is causing lots of needless stress for employees.
