LOA 15-14 Remote Gas Transmission Estimator HQ’s
GT Estimating will be considered a separate HQ from GD Estimating at every office where there are remote GT Estimators; Existing incumbent GT Estimators are transferred to separate HQ’s. All future GT Estimator vacancies will be filled by bidding with the new contractual HQ’s.

LOA 15-13 DCPP QV Rotations
Establishes a process and outlines restrictions for IBEW and Management employees to rotate into QV positions for up to two year.

LOA 15-12 Canus Treated as Hiring Hall for Title 27.2
Provides that Hiring Hall employees who choose to work through Canus instead of PG&E Hiring Hall will be treated like Hiring Hall for purposes of the ESC contract.

LOA 15-11 Expert Project Controls Analyst (PCA)
Establishes new classification of Expert PCA, job description, qualifications and salary range plus four separate contractual HQ’s for PCA’s in Gas Ops at Bishop Ranch.

LOA 15-10 (Supersedes LOA 15-02) Mapper Advancement Program and Mapping Pay Steps
Mapper training period is now 2 years instead of 3. New pay steps provide faster pay progression. A new Senior Passed Test rate, and new structure and provisions for training programs established.

LOA 15-09 Unanticipated Vacation Clarification
Clarifies that vacation requests before the end of the previous workday are counted as regular vacation, not unanticipated vacation usage.

LOA 15-07 SmartMeter Operations Center (SMOC)
Clarifies job descriptions, salary ranges and unique working conditions for newly organized classifications in SmartMeter Operations Center: IT Applications Analysts, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts. SmartMeter Engineers are combined into Meter Engineer classification.

Clarifies the job descriptions, salary ranges and unique working conditions for newly organized classifications of Electric Transmission Operations Engineers.

LOA 15-05 Gas Distribution Clearances To Be Written by FET/FE’s and Estimators
Establishes that writing clearance procedures for Gas work is ESC Local 20 represented work, and explains which classifications and departments do this task in different situations.

Waives Oakland city measure in order to keep all sick leave provisions consistent in the contract.
