The Union and the company are exploring a nine-hour work schedule for Electric Contract Administrators. The proposed schedule includes nine hours from Monday to Thursday and eight hours on alternating Fridays, with staggered RDOs. Employees can choose a standard five-day, eight-hour schedule. The agreement is subject to management discretion and can be canceled with a 30-day notice by either party. Employees agreeing to the proposal are asked to return a signed copy to the Company.
