The company and Union have reached an agreement, replacing the previous Rl-90-34. This proposal introduces a voluntary nine-hour-per-day work schedule, providing enhanced flexibility for members. It features four nine-hour days and one eight-hour day in the first week, followed by four nine-hour days and one day off in the second week. Overtime is compensated, and upgrades are scheduled on Fridays. Sick leave, vacation, holidays, jury duty, and funeral leave are converted to hours.
