The Union and the Company outlined key changes in this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), aiming for a fully electronic Associate Distribution Engineer (ADE) exam in 2023. These changes include a two-part exam with the second part being electronic, collaborative setting of passing scores, and joint oversight on fairness and accuracy. The passing score details will be provided by the second week of February. All other Exhibit D provisions remain unchanged, and a Joint Oversight Committee will address implementation and arising issues.
