Throughout the past year, our union has tirelessly advocated to address the staffing crisis, increase wages, for better working conditions, and a Labor Management Partnership we can depend on. And guess what? We won!
Kaiser Permanente Coalition of Unions vote 98.5% to ratify the historic national agreement!
This victory is a direct result of our collective power and solidarity. We’ve proven that when we stand united, anything is possible.
Remember what we won:
- Across the Board raises representing the largest raise package in the history of the Kaiser Labor/Management Partnership.
- 6% in October 2023
- 5% in October 2024
- 5% in October 2025
- 5% in October 2026
- A ratification bonus of $1,500.
- No takeaways or changes to our local agreements.
The contract is in effect from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2027.
As we celebrate this historic win, let’s look ahead to the challenges and opportunities in 2027. Our unity remains our greatest strength, and we must continue to stand together as one powerful force.
