  • LA 25-14-ESC Roth Contribution Option

    The Union and the Company agreed to the provision of a Roth option within the 401(k) plan, including allowing for in-plan conversion and catch-up contributions, as well as increasing the 401(k) deferral limit.

  • LA 25-13 Increase number of PMs and PCAs

    The Union and the Company agreed to provisions to increase the number of Project Managers and Project Control Analysts.

  • LA 25-07 (EIT) Training

    The Union and the Company agreed to provisions regarding ESC-represented employees serving as training instructors for the Substation and Transmission Line EIT program, including stipends for monthly employees serving as training instructors and temporary upgrades for hourly employees serving in this capacity.

  • LA 25-09 SNBR, NBR and IPE 9/80

    The Union and the Company agreed on provisions for 9/80 work schedules for NBRs, SNBRs, and IPEs.

  • LA 24-17 Propel and Elevate

    The Union and the Company agreed to provisions regarding the temporary assignment of ESC-represented workers to management positions in order to allow those workers to assist in designing and implementing Propel and Elevate.

  • LA-25-03 MPOT Pilot Agreement

    The Union and the Company agreed on a pilot of procedures for the assignment of Major Pre-Arranged Overtime during major electric events. The pilot will initially be for Electric Estimators and ADEs.

  • LA 24-14 Alternative Work Schedules

    The Union and the Company agreed to update provisions for 9-80 work schedules. This LOA defines four allowable 9-80 schedules, with specific schedules for covered classifications to be determined by local agreements.

  • LA 23-20 DCPP Retention

    The Union and the Company agreed to extend the Base Retention Program (BRP) for employees at the Diablo Canyon Power Plant following the passage of California legislation authorizing continued operations at DCPP and the Company’s decision to operate DCPP through October 2030.   • LA 24-12-ESC EMS/RAS Engineers and Specialists

    ESC welcomes Remedial Action Schemes (RAS) / Emergency Management System (EMS) Engineers and Specialists, who will be covered by the general ESC-PG&E contract effective September 1, 2024. This LOA includes information on wage ranges for these newly represented employees.

  • MOU Senior Advising Classifications

    This MOU specifies the salary range for the Gas Distribution Engineer, Senior Advising classification and identifies three individuals who will be promoted to the Gas Distribution Engineer, Senior Advising position effective December 1, 2023.
