The Union and the company have agreed on changes to headquarter assignments in response to the company’s real estate footprint reduction plans in the East Bay. The modification allows impacted employees to select their preferred headquarters from three options. Travel time and expenses are adjusted for certain headquarters choices, and vacation scheduling considerations are outlined. The effective date is based on the employee’s Line of Business move timelines. If in agreement, employees are instructed to indicate their consent and return a copy to the company.
