The Union and the company are exploring a nine-hour work schedule for FLSA Exempt Electric Contract Administrators in the Contract Administration and Order Management group currently headquartered at the Oakland General Office. The proposed schedule includes nine hours from Monday to Thursday and eight hours on alternating Fridays, with staggered Regular Days Off (RDOs). Employees can choose a standard five-day, eight-hour schedule. Employees agreeing to the proposal are asked to return a signed copy to the company.
