This Memorandum of Understanding addresses the agreement between the company and the Union regarding the Senior Engineering Estimator Examination. It allows for a post-review of the 2022 examination after the appeals process and establishes that post-reviews will precede the appeals process for future examinations. Union members are invited to review and indicate their agreement by returning a signed copy to the company.
