Dear APCs,
We are writing to update you on the bargaining progress with Sutter. We provided a comprehensive mediated proposal to Sutter on September 15th, 2021. Our proposals address matters that you all identified as crucial pieces to our contract.
Here is a list of items that we are continuing to mediate:
- PTO
- Hours of Work
- Extra Shifts and Stipends
- Seminars and Conferences
- Licenses, Certifications, and Membership Dues
- Holiday Compensation for departments that are open on the holidays
- Management Rights
- Union Security
- Practice Agreements and Full Practice Authority
- Strikes/Lockouts
Please join us on either November 9th or November 11th (6 PM – 7 PM) for Zoom meetings to go over these items in greater detail. The links for each meeting are included below.
