We are writing to update you on the bargaining progress with Sutter. We provided a comprehensive mediated proposal to Sutter on September 15th, 2021. Our proposals address matters that you all identified as crucial pieces to our contract.

5. Licenses, Certifications, and Membership Dues
6. Holiday Compensation for departments that are open on the holidays

9. Practice Agreements and Full Practice Authority
10. Strikes/Lockouts
