ESC and PG&E have agreed to extend LOA 20-04 for another 30 days – until the end of June. The LOA allows for hourly paid employees to work from home. It also specifies that when working OT meals, employees get the half-hour missed meal payment, but not the $15/20 meal reimbursement. So in short, all the current conditions will remain in place for another month. During that time, we will continue discussions with PG&E about the possibilities and processes for returning to the workplace and continued working from home.
