  • LOA 20-04 COVID-19 Response Measures

    Measures to respond to Social Distancing due to Coronavirus/COVID-19. Working from home allowed for hourly employees, encouraged for all employees as much as possible. Other HQ and hours changes by local agreement. Note: Company authorized paid leave for employees unable to work, separate from this LOA.

  • LOA 20-03 Four Year Contract Extension

    4 year contract extension: 3.75% General Wage Increase each year: January 1 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. No increase to the cost of health insurance. Freeze the medical insurance premium copayment dollar amount at 2020 levels through 2025. HRA, point-of-service copays, deductible, and out-of-pocket max remain as they are.   • LOA 19-19 New Business Rep 2-Year Bid Lock

    Restricts bids for new hired New Business Reps (NBRs) for two years from hire date. Does not apply to NBRs hired from other ESC positions, only from IBEW, non-union or outside PG&E. Only lasts for 60 days duration while negotiating more durable agreement.

  • MOU 2019-F ADE Temporary Assignments

    For temporary vacancies in “customer contact offices” where Estimators and ADEs were displaced, use displaced employees and 21.2 instead of 21.7 for filling these temp positions.

  • MOU 2019-E Hiring Hall Qualified for New Business Rep

    Hiring Hall employees with one year or more of experience are considered qualified for New Business Rep.

  • MOU 2019-D New SQIE Vacancy in Houston

    Allows for hiring a Sourcing Quality Inspection Engineer in Houston TX

  • MOU 2019-C Revised Changes to 2018 and 2019 STIP

    Restored individual performance modifier to 2019 STIP

  • MOU 2019-B QMS Transition Pay

    Three weeks of pay for transition from monthly to hourly status for Quality Management Specialists brought into union and FET classification.

  • LOA 19-15 Sourcing Specialists

    Adds Sourcing Specialists to ESC contract with job descriptions and salary ranges (no unique working conditions).

  • LOA 19-13 AutoCAD Requirement for Estimator Hires

    New outside hires into Estimating can be hired without AutoCAD certificate but must get it within 12 months of hire. Also allows for reimbursement for AutoCAD training and testing for current Estimators.
