Amends LOA 17-05: mappers who pass exam get retro promotion to Senior PT.
Job descriptions, salary ranges, conversion from monthly to hourly, and other conditions for eight Specialists in Substation Test group.
Allows for 2 Sourcing Quality Inspections Engineers to relocate and work remotely from Houston.
Retention bonus changed back to 25% by state law (had been reduced to 15%). Implements the new amount.
Changes to some job descriptions and classifications, weekend callout, and shifts.
Allows vacancies for Sr., Consulting, and Principal Electric Distribution Engineer to be posted in multiple offices; employee gets choice of office if practical.
Extends LOA 14-12 indefinitely, allowing for 2% extra pay for Protection Engineers who choose to work in both disciplines.
2019 Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Agreement
Recognizes contractors in Service Planning as temps, under 27.2.c, and allows employees to train and direct them; extends 120-day time limit; no layoff of Hiring Hall while temps are in place.
Phase-out of Engrg Asst’s in “Scanning and Attributing” over two years. Redeployment preferences and bonus payments, allows performance of BU work by contractors during transition period.
