We need your support as fellow union members in a critical matter that affects every one of us at Kaiser Permanente.
Stand with your co-workers to protest Kaiser Permanente’s Unfair Labor Practices and force them to bargain in good faith, because, like us, they deserve a contract that tackles the staffing crisis by:
- Raising healthcare workers’ wages, including a $25/min
- Fixing the broken hiring system
- Investing in training and education
- Maintaining strong benefits in our National and Local agreement
PLEDGE TO VOTE YES TO SYMPATHY STRIKE IF ANY COALITION UNION STRIKES TO PROTEST KAISER’S UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES. AND, TO STAND UP FOR THE RESPECT, JUSTICE, AND DIGNITY MY CO-WORKERS DESERVE
Your support and unity matter. By signing, you pledge to vote YES for a sympathy strike, if necessary, in support of the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions.
Our goal is to get as many members as possible to sign this pledge by Friday, August 25th. Please take a moment to share this pledge with your colleagues and encourage them to sign on. Our collective strength will amplify our impact and bring about the change we deserve.
