Dear ESC-Represented Walk-in Clinic APCs,

We are so pleased to inform you that our union has officially won a settlement with Sutter Health on our behalf, restoring access to our drinking fountains and ensuring that management must meet with your bargaining team at least twice per week. We feel confident now that we can continue bargaining a fair and rewarding contract quickly, but we will still need your support and solidarity! The NLRB is currently investigating new charges related to the January implementation of changes to our schedules/FTE, holidays and other unilateral changes.

The fact that we had to file a complaint with the NLRB just to get management to provide clean drinking water at all facilities shows that to have the safe working conditions we need, we will have to fight for it together.
