Changes procedures for Mapping Advancement Exam, like cutoff score, appeals process, test development process, etc.


LOA 16-26 Eliminate Paid Family Leave (PFL) Waiting Period

This eliminates the one-week waiting period for the newly improved Paid Family Leave benefit.


MOU 16-06 Nurse Report Line

Protects employee privacy when calling the “Nurse Report Line” to report an illness or injury, and provides that information will not be used for discipline. ESC promotes and encourages use of the Nurse Report Line.


MOU 16-05 ETP Governance Committee

Formally established the Estimator Training Program Governance Committee (shared ESC-Management committee) and also working groups from the current re-write projects of Gas and Electric ETP. All changes to the ETP curriculums must be approved by the Governance Committee.


LOA 16-23 Estimator Bypass Pay and New Hire Provisions

Estimator bypassed for Emergency Overtime is paid 2 hours at 2x rate. Settle old grievances on this issue. Establishes a two-year lock-in period for new hires into Estimating positions from outside ESC.
