LOA 16-21 (Modifies 16-05) Tuition Reimbursement Language Cleanup

Cleans up and modifies tuition and reimbursement from LOA 16-05.


MOU 16-04 STIP Grievances and Mini-arbitration

Set up a one-time pilot for “mini-arbitration” of STIP grievances that had not been settled at Step 2, eliminating the lengthy LIC process. All these cases were later settled prior to the mini-arbitration hearings.


LOA 16-20 (Modifies LOA 16-18) To Permit Bidding During Retention Period

Establishes minor modification and clarification of LOA 16-18.


LOA 16-12 Gas Transmission Mapping Pipeline Features Lists

Permits expanded use of contractors to do Mapping work. Company commits to more hiring in GT Mapping and to bring work on Pipeline Features Lists in-house, using “Field Design Engineer” classification initially.


LOA 16-19 DCPP Staffing and Promotions

Converts contractual requirement to hire 10 additional employees and to promote 10 existing employees at DCPP.


LOA 16-17 R1 Permit Facilitator

A one-year pilot program that creates a new “role” of Permit Facilitator to be filled by either Sr Estimators or Sr FET’s. Provides job description and unique posting and interview system to fill these positions.


LOA 16-18 DCPP Closure, Retention, and Severance

Recognizing the closure of DCPP in 2015, creates two retention periods (4 and then 3 years) with 25% extra pay if employee does not leave or retire.


MOU 16-03 Senior Estimator Exam

Commits PG&E to re-establish the Senior Estimator Exam in both Gas and Electric in three years. Estimators hired from Nov 1, 2016 on will be required to take the exam in order to become Senior Estimators.


LOA 16-08 Contract Cleanup

Provides blackline markup of contract to incorporate numerous LOA’s into the main contract.


LOA 16-07 Electric Distribution Engineer Reorganization and Relocation

Reduces Electric Planning DE’s locations down to four offices, although some incumbents in specific remote offices will stay behind. Also provides incentives for current DE’s to relocate sooner.
