On September 28, 2020, ESC Local 20 filed a brief arguing against SVMH’s Petition for Writ of Extraordinary Relief, which asked the California Court of Appeal to overturn PERB’s decision to order SVMH to recognize ESC as our union and bargain with us. PERB also filed a brief to support its decision; you can read both briefs here.

Nominations open for Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President of PG&E Unit, and Vice President of Government, Administrative, Technical Unit.
