The unions filed the lawsuit in the DC Federal circuit challenging the May 25th Trump Executive Orders, along with a reminder that the United States, “is a democracy, not a monarchy.”
IFPTE responds to an Executive Order that would limit and take away rights of federal employees around collective bargaining, union business, and a fair pay system.
