The 2-year contract extension for the PG&E contract was overwhelming approved on August 16th. The Agreement provides that all ESC members will receive general wage increases (GWIs) of 3% on January 1, 2020 and 3% on January 1, 2021.

A 2-year Contract Extension Agreement has been reached with PG&E and is awaiting a ratification vote by the full PG&E membership. These are the locations currently under discussion between ESC and PG&E management. Because the Letter of Agreement is not finalized or signed, changes could occur. The final lists will be included in the signed Letter of Agreement.
After months of negotiations, various ESC committees met again with management on Dec 4, 5 and 6 when we reached a tentative agreement with management. The Bargaining Committees worked hard every step of the way to minimize involuntary moves and protect our work. This agreement will now be considered for approval by the PG&E Unit Board of ESC and several Vice Presidents of PG&E Gas and Electric lines of business.
